BestPrax Club is the Indian member of Global Benchmarking Network (GBN), founded by Dr Robert Camp, author of the seminal works on Benchmarking.

The GBN is an alliance of leading benchmarking centres worldwide who share a common vision and mission. Current membership comprises 25 benchmarking centres which represent more than 30,000 businesses and government agencies.

Our mission is to harvest best practices of an organization; and facilitate proactive creation of innovative next practices.

Membership to the BestPrax Club is open to organizations in the Manufacturing, Service, BFSI, IT, ITES, Healthcare, and Education Sectors. Sectoral Benchmarking clusters facilitate learning, sharing and exchange of best practices.

Individual membership to the BestPrax Club is also available to qualified professionals practicing performance excellence, benchmarking, and innovation.

Harvesting best practices by management category, and subsequent rating of the management category. There are 12 management categories, populated with over 150 managerial practices.

Public and in-house workshops on structured benchmarking, in partnership with GBN and BPIR.com. The engine for TRADE is a knowledge bank of over one million articles and papers.

Public and in-house workshops for proactively challenging the harvested best practices, and creating innovative next practices.

Recognition of innovation in managerial practices or green initiatives, through a structured examination process and annual competition. The Finals are held at Qimpro Convention.

Recognition of best practices by governance category (leadership/management/operations) through a structured assessment process and annual competition. The Finals are held at BestPrax Conclave.
