Good governance practices deserve recognition. Consequently, BestPrax Club (BPC) is pleased to announce the launch of BestPrax Benchmark ratings and awards for Excellence in Governance Practices.
Business governance according to BPC is a three tiered pyramid:
To measure the degree of governance at each tier, BPC launched a proprietary web-enabled tool, the BestPrax Barometer, in 2007.
For the BestPrax Benchmark, in the first phase, BPC will focus on Leadership Governance only. The 2009 Benchmarks will be presented to organizations in four categories:

Each applicant organization must submit a detailed application in
a prescribed format.
- Each applicant will receive a feedback report.
- Each applicant will receive a level-rating for Leadership
Governance Practices.
- Short listed organizations will be felicitated.
- A winner will be declared for the BestPrax Benchmark
in each category (subject to achieving a threshold level)
- The winners will be invited to present their best
practices for leadership and strategic planning, at the
"GBN International Best Practices Benchmarking
Workshop" to be held in June 2010, in Mumbai.
GBN's Founder President and Benchmarking Guru,
Dr Robert Camp, will be the chief facilitator at the event.
