Introduction
Qimpro Convention 2008 is jointly hosted by Qimpro Consultants Private Limited and BestPrax Club Private Limited.
A two day event applauding excellence in improvement and innovation. Each day will see the short listed organizations in each category presenting their noteworthy projects and practices interspersed with Power Workshops (group activity concluding with a one point learning) and Leader Speak (industry leaders sharing their insights on our theme). The Convention is a culmination of a seven-month long competitive process.
Day one will focus on improvement projects that have enabled organizations to improve their processes and reduce the cost of poor quality.
Day two will feature innovations in generic managerial practices.
In terms of structure, the two days will be as follows:

Qimpro Consultants pioneered the quality movement in India through professional services that range from assessment to transformation management, and from training to coaching and facilitation.
BestPrax Club was established by Qimpro in 2005, to provide a networking and learning forum for member organizations that wish to share and grow their generic business practices.
