Project submission fee

-	Regular: INR 25,000 + 12.36% Service Tax per project
-	10% discount on 5 projects from a single Business Unit
-	10% discount for 2011, 2010, 2009 competition participant
	•	All discounts are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined
	•	Each project entry is entitled to one complimentary registration to the event (one day)
	•	Each project making it to the finals will be entitled to an additional complimentary registration for one presenter only (one day)
	•	Once projects have been registered, in the event of cancellations, the organization will be liable to pay the cancellation fee, even if payment has not been made in advance.

Cancellations
	Before 30 April - 25% of the project fee
	Between 01 & 15 May - 50% of the project fee
	Between 16 & 31 May - 75% of the project fee
	After 31 May - 100% of the project fee
Project substitutions can be made at any time before the deadline (email required)
