Introduction |
|
| |
An organization can conduct on-line self-assessments against over 100 world class managerial practices embodied in the 12 business elements of the International Quality Maturity Model (IQMM):
The key features of an on-line self-assessment are:
- The scope of each assessment is a specific business element of the IQMM.
- The selected business element is individually assessed, question-by-question, by up to 80 designated managers of the organization. On an average, there are 100 questions per business element.
- The designated managers respond to each question on a likert maturity scale ranging from 1 (not evident) to 5 (role model). For each question, managers can also input comments and suggestions for improvement. These inputs are then collated and presented in the Feedback Report.
- At the conclusion of the self-assessment, the designated managers are asked to select two sub elements for improvement.
- All inputs by individual managers are processed with strict confidentiality.
- The Feedback Report to the organization, for a business element, will highlight:
- Overall score
- Sub-element scores
- Noteworthy practices
- Areas for improvement
- Potential for improvement
- Remarks by the BestPrax Review Team
